Eian is the son of Levardis Robert Martyn Burton Jr. LeVar was born on February 16, 1957, in Landstuhl, West Germany. He is an American national who reputation is mainly because of his profession as an American director, actor, and television host.
Eian’s father played Geordi La Forge in Star Trek: The Next Generation from 1987 to 1994. He also played Kunta Kinte in the ABC miniseries, Rools (1977) and was also the host of the PBS Kids educational television series Reading Rainbow for 23 years, from 1983 to 2006.
Some of his career achievements include receiving 12 Daytime Emmy Awards and a Peabody Award as the host and executive producer of Reading Rainbow.
