Description
This property is located in Salto de Bagaces, exactly four kilometers from the center of the village of El Salto.
This property has an area of 2,315,925 square meters or 572.27 acres. It has approximately 2.5 kilometers of border with the Rio Salto. Currently it is in agreement with the MINAE for the regeneration in pasture, according to Forest Law 7575, which expires on October 26, 2020.
The property has three eyes of water, two houses of simple concrete of field, a cellar and a chicken coop of wood. It has multiple fruit trees, where there are about 3,000 cashews, 300 mangoes, 100 jocotes, as well as banana and papaya.
On the property you can observe spectacular and magnificent views of the valley and the Miravalles Volcano, where twenty-five percent of the area is flat, with a beautiful tropical forest.
