Both  apartments can be fully integrated with the main home, or can be locked off and used as a separate apartment, complete with its own kitchenettes and can be used either alone or together they connect in the middle with a second laundry room but have separate private entrances, perfect for extended family or for use as a long or short-term rental.

Las Catalinas is a high-end beach town that is reminiscent of a Mediterranean village and surrounded by 1000 areas of dry tropical forests.
