The second level of the residence is accessed by the spiral bamboo staircase, leading to the open air lounge area overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The second kitchen and living area serve as a lovely area for guests to enjoy tranquil privacy apart from the main floor. The floor to ceiling windows framed by bamboo allow guests to relax in the luxury of the space while savoring the tropical surroundings.
Found on the second floor is the spacious Elan Elan suite, which holds a large en suite bathroom with classic soaking tub. The Los Guarumos suite is found adjacent to the second kitchen, also with built in closet and en suite bathroom. Additionally, a murphy bed and full bathroom are located in the upstairs living area to serve additional guests in the main part of the residence. All bedroom suites are air-conditioned. There is ample cabinetry and storage found on this second level, as well a second stairway which provides access directly from the main entrance of the residence.
The third level of the residence holds a third open air lounge area, with additional outdoor kitchen and dining. Prime views over the jungle and ocean can be enjoyed from this space. The organic design of this level encompasses a rattan ceiling and bamboo structure with hardwood floors.
Returning to the main level of the residence, the center piece of the estate is the exquisite pool area, surrounded by beautiful coralina tile. The pool area enjoys multiple areas for lounging and sunbathing, as well as connecting directly to the outdoor living areas for ease and comfort. The pool includes a jetted jacuzzi with waterfall feature that only adds to the beautiful serenade of the surrounding jungle.
On the other side of the pool area The Casita is found. Passing by the bubbling koi pond and ascending the spiral staircase, the final Honeymoon bedroom suite is located on the second floor. With beautiful views over the ocean, jungle and pool, this suite provides a romantic setting for any guests looking to have privacy from the main home. With vaulted bamboo ceiling, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom, this suite is a true oasis. The main floor of The Casita holds a full bathroom which serves the pool area, a spa space with small kitchen and the managers office.
Located out in front of the residence toward the ocean is The Perch. The main level is accessed by walk way from the main outdoor dining area of the residence and hosts a relaxing sitting area perched above the jungle. This is a tranquil spot to relax in the hammock and observe the fauna of the rainforest during the day, and in the evening sit and admire the colors of the sunset as it paints the sky and the mountain range along the coast. On the lower level are two bathrooms for use when enjoying the pool, as well as a waterfall feature, which is a lovely space to enjoy a massage pool side. The lower level holds additional space which could also be transformed into a spa area or be used as additional storage.
The estate also holds covered parking for 4 vehicles, as well as additional parking area, a separate laundry building, several areas with outside storage and a utility room with diesel generator.
