You’ll also find lush tropical gardens throughout, with tall palm trees adding to the immersive tropical vibe this home conveys. Flowing from the living area you’ll find the teal stoned swimming pool.

The property allows for expansion for a boutique hotel by replacing the carport with a three story structure, which will make room for up to six units with ocean view from the second floor upward.

Right down the beach you’ll have access to the best beachfront restaurants in town, with La Purruja and Lola’s located right in front of the epic surf breaks of Avellanas. A little further up the road you’ll have access to the local eatery and boutique shopping center known as La Esquina.
