THE HOTEL has 10 well appointed rooms that can accommodate up to 24 guests and enjoys a high occupancy for 10 months a year (closed in Sept. & Oct.). THE RESTAURANT offers a “fusion of the Americas” menu that joins California fresh, Gulf coast Cajun and New England seafood with Latin American variety and Costa Rican specialties. This restaurant serves its guests breakfast every morning and many visitors from all around the area on a nightly basis. It’s large capacity also makes it ideal for weddings, private parties and graduations for local schools. THE TOUR OPERATION takes advantage of pre-booking hotel guests for Costa Rica adventures before they even arrive, earning profits on every booking, as well as THE CONCIERGE SERVCE that arranges tours, transportation and car rentals for their guests. There is also a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT service that manages vacation home rentals in the area, also earning commissions on every booking. This hotel was originally opened in 1984 and purchased by the current owners in 2002 and have enjoyed handsome profits ever since.
