Accessible only by a 4×4 road, it is composed of 10 private pool villas that are completely unique in character, with stunning ocean views and uninterrupted tranquility. The decor in each villa is unique and different from one another, with beautiful details and custom made furniture. The private layout of the villas and vast space of the property, makes this the perfect property to turn into a family compound estate, where the new owner could either further develop the current structures to fit a more familiar home, or could simply use as is to entertain family and friends.
Each villa has a king size bed, a mini bar, a private infinity pool and a hotel-ready his and hers bathroom. It also has a state-of-the-art kitchen, which at times has also been part of the restaurant and bar.
The Hotel sits on a big piece of land of almost a hectare in size, with commercial zoning. This means you can build up to 75% of the property, with 3-story constructions. To this date there is only around 1,000 square meters of construction, which means the property still offers the chance for further development, although it is also a completely turn-key and a running business as is. It can also be turned into a beautiful tranquil family compound for those looking to have a unique family vacation experience in the Peninsula of Nicoya, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Casa Chameleon at Mal País is only a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the beautiful tide pools of Mal País and a 10-minute drive to the best surf breaks in town. It also has a left point-break right in front, which works during specific times of the year. The main road to Mal País has recently been paved, which makes it much more accessible and faster to get to town, where all the restaurants and shops are, but still remote enough to feel completely surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the Santa Teresa town-center.
