Get to Know Kacey Alexander Gaulden, One of Rapper NBA YoungBoy’s Sons
Kacey Alexander Gaulden is a celebrity kid. He is one of the twelve children of American rapper and artist NBA YoungBoy. The rapper, who is only 25 years old, has over ten children with nine different women. For instance, Kacey was born on February 13, 2019, to the rapper and social media influencer Jania Meshell.
His Parents’ Relationship
Kacey’s parents met in 2017 and began dating. Their relationship was highly volatile due Kacey’s parents influence. A few months into the relationship, Kacey’s father was arrested on charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault. This happened after a video surfaced on the internet and NBA YoungBoy was violent towards Jania. The charges were later dropped even after pleading guilty to the charges. The two continued with their relationship, and in 2018 Jania became pregnant.
During this time, Kacey’s father was having a relationship with other women, and it was clear that their relationship would not last. They separated but continued co-parenting while ensuring their son got the best from both parents.
Kacey Has Appeared in Some Music Videos
Despite his young age, Kacey has appeared in some music videos. NBA YoungBoy noted that he goes “everywhere” with his sons. As such, they have appeared in several of his music videos. The rapper has sung several songs dedicated to his sons. For instance, he released “4 Sons of a King,” a music video in which Kacey made an appearance. Kacey also appeared in the music video, Kacey Talk. The song was dedicated to him.
Kacey’s Father
Kacey’s father decided that he wanted to venture into the music industry at a young age. At 14, he had already begun making music, and by the time he was 16, people had begun recognizing him and his talent. He released several mixtapes, which did well. In November 2016, he was arrested and charged with first-degree murder following a drive-by shooting. He spent six months in prison; while in prison, NBA YoungBoy released two mixtapes, and after his release from prison, he released the song Untouchable.
He later signed a deal with Atlantic Records, and after that, his music took a great turn. He released several songs and mixtapes that did well.
Given his prison history, Kacey’s father has had a tumultuous life. He had several run-ins with the law; his first arrest was in 2014, and he spent six months in prison. He then spent another six months in jail from November to May 2017. NBA YoungBoy has been arrested on several occasions over drug charges and possession of firearms.
Due to his misery with legal issues, Kacey’s father found company in drugs. He says that he has been using drugs to deal with his depression. He further notes that he can use up to 20 pills of Xanax a day.

Kacey always poses for pictures with his mom. She often posts pictures of the young celebrity kid on her Instagram page. Additionally, she has opened an Instagram account for him. The social media account is managed by Jania.
