On the parterre of the Luxury House thereâs a guest toilet and a large master bedroom with private bathroom and private access to the terrace. Reclining in the bed you will have a fantastic view of the tropical garden and the Lake Arenal with its various curved bays.
A massive noble wood staircase leads you up to the first floor. Another large living area with a corner sofa and a desk opens up here, again with breathtaking views to the south of the garden and the Lake Arenal paradise. Here is a large covered terrace overlooking the lake to the south and the west. On this floor is also a master bedroom with its own balcony facing west, with a private and very spacious bathroom and a jacuzzi where you can delight your eyes with gorgeous views of the sunset.
